Step One
Initial contact and site visit from our assessment team. Results in a detailed report setting out what we propose to do for you, to what schedule and at what cost.
Step Two
Agreement, documentation. We’ll generate everything we need to be able to access your site(s) and deliver our services safely, smoothly and with the minimum of disruption.
Step Three
Risk assessment and method statements. Again we’ll do all the work, creating comprehensive and detailed summaries of all works required and all materials to be used.
Step Four
Service delivery. We do what we say we’re going to do, on time and on budget, every time.

Report and review, on-going service delivery. You’ll hear about any issues straight away, we’re all over the detail.

Data Centre Environment Management
Technivo provide comprehensive specialist deep cleaning solutions for floor surfaces and voids, air conditioning equipment, trunking, ducting, lighting systems and areas of high sensitivity that include IT componentry; servers, EUC computing equipment and similar.
We can tailor-make an on-going programme to maintain your data centre environment to specified particulate levels as defined by ISO 14644-1 standards.
Data Centre Support
Technivo offer a wide range of data centre support services, from decontamination and management before, during and after construction works through controlled environment movement of sensitive server hardware to power and environmental audits for your business.
Exterior and Interior Technical Cleaning
Technivo offer specialist exterior and interior technical cleaning, which can include the deep cleaning of large back-up generators, HV (high voltage) areas and building fascias.
We have high level capability, to work both externally and internally with cherry-pickers, and therefore clean large areas that are difficult to reach. All our operatives hold an IPAF accredited license to carry out work safely.
Specialist Services
At Technivo we are certified in the testing of Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) to the International ISO 14644 standard. Our specialist operators can both prevent and rectify airborne contamination in whatever form it might occur, from airborne particles such as old-fashioned dust to excessive humidity and ‘zinc whiskers’.
We also offer a full range of testing, mitigation and monitoring services to counter creep corrosion – a common form of component failure caused by extended exposure of IT equipment to corrosive gases and elevated moisture levels.

Do you have size and scope limitations to your services?

Do you offer one-time cleaning services as well as on-going contracts?
Yes, we can perform a one-off clean, but we recommend a tailored approach that can include a schedule of cleans to suit the circumstances. This can involve weekly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual cleans. We can also discuss compliance maintenance with you to see how we can help you achieve your obligations.
